It is very close to the local shop and bus stop, and about 1k from the shops (and some good pubs) at Mapperley top, or 24 hour Tesco at Carlton.

It is on Westdale Lane in Mapperley. It is a lovely residential area - but it is NOT in the city centre. Let's not waste each other's time by arranging a viewing if it is a city centre pad you are looking for.
