I have a 3 bedroom house in Top Valley NG5, council with RTB. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 single) and a bathroom/toilet. Downstairs is a large lounge, spacious kitchen/dining room and downstairs toilet.
Back garden is turfed and fenced, with a small shed at the back. Front garden is small and fenced off. No driveway but plenty of parking in front of the house, which is considered off-road parking and is enough for 3 cars at most times of the day, maybe more (We are supposed to be getting driveways in the near future at the expense of the front garden, but that wouldn't be a loss).
There are several schools in the vicinity with a junior/infants/nursery about 2 minutes walk away and the senior school about 10 mins away. Close to doctors, local shops, several bus routes, sports centre, swimming pool, housing office and there is a Tesco superstore about 5-10 mins walk away.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom house (though will consider 3 bedrooms) in the Gedling Borough Council area (Arnold, Carton, Colwick, Gedling etc) and the Ruschcliffe Council Area (Gamston, West Bridgford, Ruddington etc) as I have family in those areas, as well as for work purposes.
I will consider other areas of Nottingham, so feel free to ask. Will consider Council or Housing Association and will consider multi swaps.
