classic glastron gt 160 speedboat with a 125hp mercury thunderbolt outboard damaged gear housing i purchase this boat of my grandfather he brought it from new this is the same type boat which was used in the james bond film (live and let die ) the only reason for the sale of my boat is i have no were to store it i have 2 weeks to move it as its on council propety .

I lent the boat to my nephew he brought it back with all my gear casing cracked to my gearbox i wasnt impressed at all because the engine was very relieable so i have took the gearbox of the engine and stripped everything out the casing there is nothing wrong with any of the components inside the gear housing the buyer of my boat will need to buy a new gear casing i have seen them going for around 200 pound it as been stood for nealy for years coverd up i have a few websites for spares also the engine as electic hydrolic tilt and trim also the engine may need a new starter motor as i tryed to start it and it was clicking or maybe solarnoid .
when my grandfather owned this boat it could pull 3 skiers at the same time it a very quick boat it could do up to 65 mph very easy it just needs some tlc to get it back on top form it used to float on the water like it was a ferrie .
the interior will need tidy up not so much the front just the back seat as the pvc as come of the wood it needs stapling it also needs a drainage plug re fitting i have the oraninal manual for the engine the engine will need a service when gear housing is re fitted the boat also comes with the trailer and a spare wheel the trailer as brand new tyres but could do with a touch of paint the boat needs a good polish i started it and lost intrest it also comes with a
