Due to a recent back injury my only form of exercise now is walking, so I am looking for a walking buddy. I am a relatively fast walker - so not interested in a stroll! I like going hiking at weekends but also like going for walks in the evenings, just doing different routes around the city somewhere. However, I am getting bored of my ipod for company and think I need a walking buddy to keep me motivated and getting me out there. I live in Sherwood but happy to walk wherever.
