Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a Dedicated RGN Home Manager who has previous home management experience to manage a beautiful nursing home in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

This lovely purpose built elderly nursing home in Kettering, Northamptonshire provides quality nursing care and social support to the elderly frailty and those with physical disabilities. The home is currently receiving very good CQC reports and has a strong reputation within the local community.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with solid home management experience. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth operational running of the home and be an approachable point of contact for both the residents and team within. You will have extensive knowledge and experience working towards and exceeding minimum care standards along with developing and maintaining a positive team. Completion of the RMA / LMA or equivalent will be highly advantageous
