Hi, I am looking for someone to take the small double room in a cute little house in Newstead Village asap. In case you don't know Newstead, it is a quiet little village around 5 minutes on the train from Hucknall and Kirkby- in- Ashfield and 20 minutes from Nottingham. I will have 2 kittens living with me so you must like them and appreciate the fact that they are very demanding and may want to climb your legs or sit on you The room is relatively small but the house doesn't feel cramped and there is a lovely garden so I would appreciate anyone who is green fingered too! Essentially I would really like someone who is quiet and considerate but at the same time doesn't mind lounging in front of the tv with me with a big pizza and talking! The rent stated above doesn't include bills but they won't be too much shared between two!

Newstead is also serviced by a good bus service and the Abbey is walking distance. It also has a shop and a pub so if you would like to share in my slice of village life then please get in touch as I am looking to move in as soon as possible!
