Tibbits Ltd is recruiting a permanent Care Home Manager for a small service in Brigg, Lincolnshire.
This high quality residential home has the capacity for 26 elderly service users.
In addition there are 9 units of sheltered housing in the grounds which are managed by the service.

- You will manage the current team of 20 staff to provide a high standard of care to service users.
- Experience and empathy working with elderly service users is essential.
- You will need to work in line with current legislation and guidelines.
- You must be able to work on your own initiative to manage a team or senior carers and care assistants.
- You should be willing to work towards NVQ Level 4 and the RMA qualification.
- When the home is full you will be able to devote all your time to management.
- Initially you may be required to some shifts with service users.
- You will be supported by the senior management team of the group.
- Basic salary is £20K with a performance related bonus of up to 15% of salary.
