I am a single mum of one son who is very quiet.
I host student from all over Europe and they live as part of a family.
The room is very attractive and faces the City Hospital on Hucknall road.
The weekly rent would include breakfast and all amenities also laundry/bedding/towels.
I would prefer a female but not essential.
Working or students, non smoking is essential and I have two cats so if you have a problem with animals don't contact me.
They are not allowed in the house at night and are never allowed upstairs.
The house is clean and you would need to be a tidy and respectfull person who would fit into a family enviroment.
House has recently been refurbished and there is a large garden and driveway to the front of the house and decked at the rear.
Lovely large kitchen.
