A local authority is seeking 2 qualified Clerk of Works to work on Educational projects throughout the Northern half of Derbyshire. Projects will range from single/double classrooms valuing at £200K - £300K to whole primary schools valued at a couple of million. One role will be focusing on North East of Derbyshire towards Worksop and Sheffield and the other role will be focused on the North West including Chesterfield, Buxton and Glossop.

The roles will be working from home and visiting sites independently with all mileage paid. Work will be on a full time basis from Monday to Friday and will be an average of 37 hours a week. The length of the contract will be up to 6 months as it is covering long-term sick leave.

You must have your own transport and have experience working for Local Authorities focusing especially on educational facilities. It would also be beneficial for you to be a member of the Institute of Clerk of Works.
