Officeteam are recruiting for someone to join a rapidly expanding business on the outskirts of Derby city centre.
The Role
Officeteam are recruiting for a Grants Claims Co-ordinator. The role essentially requires someone that has a strong customer service background as it will involve making outbound calls and contacting customers in regards to money that they have received from the Government for funding of their business. You must have a strong yet empathetic telephone manner and be able to be proactive in your approach to work. The role will be until March 2010 and therefore needs the ideal candidate to be available for this whole time period. You will be provided with full training for the role, however previous administration and customer service skills over the phone are required to be considered for this position.
Salary & Benefits
£8.00 plus holiday pay
